A thing about REST

The energetics of emotional REST is very significant, in a complex, dog eat dog world which humans have engineered, there seems to be a race yet no one is sure what the race is all about! Rarely do we stop and pause, allow for integrations, to allow reflections. We are in constant competition, weary that our resources will be taken from us. This powerful fern reminds us to pause and celebrate our victories - to recognize what we’ve completed and to transfer this as nourishment and self-power recognition. Self hatred and self shame are dangerous forms of violence, and if we are unable to pause, rest, and celebrate what we’ve accomplished then we are stuck in the race matrix and in total deprivation. Pause. Integrate. Rest. Celebrate.
