A thing about ACCEPTANCE:

Emotional Acceptance is fundamentally what Hawaiians have called Ho’oponopono. This is the space of the witness, where we no longer attempt to control the reality around us, but rather simply experience it and accept its expressions as just and not in error. The moment the human species invented cravings was the moment we perceived alternatives. We no longer have the capacity to exist within the now moment, and to accept this now moment — all too often are we feeling victimized, insist on blame, shame, and crave that which is outside of the moment. The power of Acceptance is recognizing that all things are intentional and purposeful, when we examine our reality in such a way we have the tools to transform this energy into meaning. No matter how harsh these experiences may be, the more we attempt to control them or to label them, the more they fester and change our freedom of fluidity; we become stagnate and stuck on repeating situations. This is insanity. Acceptance does not mean we must suffer, it is quite the contrary, that when we allow moments to express themselves naturally, we begin to feel the excelerated energy of our spirit, and how we can transcend any perceived barrier.
