Join Pōhala founder, Ke’oni Hanalei and Ealaea mystic Kaleinohea Cleghorn, as we explore these sacred emotional codes.  Let’s discern the importance of emotional Acceptance on a sovereign, individual basis, and that of a more expansive, collective software.

• This 2-hour interactive workshop begins with a brief sharing of Pua’aehuehu, Fern Medicine, and an introductory oration into the emotion known as ACCEPTANCE
  

• Kaleinohea Cleghorn blesses our space with a toning, weaving a loom to which we may rest in as we explore the emotion of ACCEPTANCE
  

• Our discussion will evolve into the actual PULE (incantation), breath, and movement of ACCEPTANCE medicine — how does divine ACCEPTANCE move? Is there a prayer for sacred acceptance? If so, what does it sound like?
  

• Second portion of the workshop includes the incorporation of ‘ULU, archaic Hawaiian body movement. Founder, Ke’oni Hanalei, will guide us through a supportive practice to encourage the movement of ACCEPTANCE throughout the body.
  

• Kaleinohea Cleghorn may weave in further toning, movement and breathing as deemed compatible for where we are in our journey.
  

• Participants are encouraged to tune in from a safe, secure, quiet, space. Participation in the ‘ULU and any other movement portion is highly encouraged, and so we’d also recommend a flat surface to sit on, with yoga mat or towel. Comfort is always suggested!
  

• Third portion of the workshop is to encourage community sharing. This is not a requirement, and those who choose anonymity are supported in their choice to disable video/mute sound. ~ Like my elders taught me… sometimes, just your presence IS your contribution :-)
  

• Can’t make the LIVE? It’s okay, workshop is recorded and all those whom register will receive a post-workshop email with private link for youtube access. This email will be sent to all registered the day of the event or the day after. If you’ve registered, and did not receive the post-workshop email with link let us know!
