Pōhuehue has a rich history for the Hawaiian people and is considered especially medicinal. In ancient times, every part of the plant — a vine that bears engrossingly beautiful bluish‑purple blossoms — was compounded and used as a sacred elixir said to help heal sprains, soothe indigestion, ward off bad dreams, and protect against psychic attacks. The flexible vine is also traditionally used to lash the ocean’s surface to stir up large, playful waves, and the goddess Haumea is said to drape its strands around her shoulders to invoke and enhance her shape‑shifting powers.

• Pōhuehue, Hawaiian Morning Glory (Ipomoea pes-caprae) essential oil ~ resourced from Maui island with permission, parts of the plant undergo solvent extraction to render the fragrant oil. The aroma is creamy, a subtle mix between vanilla and a light lavender.

• Blue Lotus (Nymphaea nouchali) essential oil ~ our special soap is infused with blue lotus. The blue lotus flower is believed to be a powerful aphrodisiac and astral stimulator and anxiety reliever. Blue lotus has naturally occuring psychoactive properties and has been sourced for thousands of years for the support of channeling.

• Fractionated Coconut Oil ~ carrier oil which is incredibly medicinal as a medium-chain triglyceride. One especially high benefit is its natural ability, as a fatty acid, to fight yeast and bacterial growth, a great way to ensure overall skin health!
